Terms of service

Last updated 24 September 2026

These are the terms for using LinkedAffiliate, run by Louis Vanhove as a sole trader in Belgium. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, so if something here is unclear, email louisvh.dev@gmail.com and ask.

What this site is

A free directory of affiliate programs. Browsing costs nothing and needs no account. Listing costs nothing. Claiming your company's listing and correcting it costs nothing.

What the figures mean

Almost every number here was read off a page the company published, and each one links to the page we read it from and the date we read it. Check that link before you act on a figure. Programs change their rates, close, and get taken over, and we will sometimes be behind.

Where we could not read a term without guessing, we show it as not published rather than estimating it. A blank on this site means we do not know, never that the answer is zero.

None of this is financial, legal or tax advice, and we are not a party to whatever you agree with a program or a network. The agreement is between you and them, on their terms, and this site is a starting point for finding it.

Claiming a listing

Claim a listing only for a company you actually represent. Proving it means proving you control the domain, through an email address at that domain or a DNS record we ask you to publish. Claiming a company you do not represent is grounds for removing the claim and the account behind it.

Once a claim is verified, the figures you correct are yours and our crawler will not overwrite them on any later run. That also makes them your responsibility: what you publish about your program has to be accurate, and you keep the right to use whatever you upload while giving us permission to show it here.

We can turn down or reverse a claim if the proof does not hold up, and we will say why.

What we sell, and what we do not

Right now, nothing. There is no paid tier to buy today. When there is, it will buy a followed link back to the company's own site, and that is all it will buy.

Paying will never move a listing up the results. Promoted slots, when they exist, are labelled as promoted, sit outside the ranking, and do not displace anything that earned its position. If you ever find that is not true, tell me and I will fix it, because a directory that quietly sells its rankings is worth nothing to the companies in it or the people reading it.

Where we have a stake

I also run iTutorOnline, which has a real affiliate program and therefore has a listing here like any other. It sits in its category in plain alphabetical order, with the same data requirements as every other row, and it gets no boost of any kind. Saying so here is the point: you can check it.

Using the site fairly

Read it, link to it, quote it, send people to it. What you may not do is bulk-copy the directory to rebuild it somewhere else, hammer it with automated traffic, or go looking for ways around the claim verification. Those are the three things that would cost everyone else the resource.

Getting removed

If you do not want your program in the directory, email me and it comes out. You do not need a reason. Blocking our crawler in your robots.txt also works and there is no override for it anywhere in our code, though that stops future visits rather than removing what is already here, so email as well if you want both. How our crawler works has the details.

What we do not promise

The site is free and is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, that every figure is current, or that a program listed here will accept you. To the extent Belgian law allows, we are not liable for losses that follow from relying on something here, and nothing in this section takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.

Changes, and which law applies

These terms can change. The date at the top moves when they do, and anything that materially affects claimed listings gets an email to the accounts holding them rather than a quiet edit. Belgian law applies, and the Belgian courts are where a dispute would go if we could not settle it between us.
